1 portion Fried Egg Tofu (see here for homemade tofu)
3 cloves Garlic - chopped
1 each Red/Green Chili - sliced
1/2 Capsicum - sliced
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce*
1 tsp Cornflour* (* mix with water)
Salt & Pepper
1. Heat up few tbsp oil & fry garlic.
Add in oyster sauce mixture.
Add in chilies & capcicum, salt & pepper.
2. Dish up & serve hot with white rice.
